What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details) and data generated by your use of the platform (order data, inventory counts, integration credentials stored encrypted). We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform, sync inventory and orders across connected sales channels, send transactional emails (order confirmations, billing receipts), and improve our service. We never share your data with third parties except as required to deliver these services (e.g. payment processors, cloud infrastructure).
Third-party integrations
When you connect Shopify, WooCommerce, or another platform, Etijara stores OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. These tokens are used solely to sync data on your behalf and are never shared with other merchants or third parties.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Backups are purged within 30 days of account deletion.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We conduct regular security reviews and apply patches promptly.
