Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Etijara.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Subscription Plans and Billing

Annual Subscription Plans

We offer two annual subscription plans:

• Starter Plan ($120/year):

  • WhatsApp order integration
  • Free SSL certificate
• Pro Plan ($180/year):
  • 120 products included
  • Unlimited product variants
  • Unlimited categories and attributes
  • Free subdomain (yourstore.etijara.app)
  • WhatsApp order integration
  • Free SSL certificate
  • Priority support

Additional Products

• Additional 50 products: $60/year

Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• Payments are accepted via WishMoney to phone number 71589944
• Include your email address in payment notes
• Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failed payments or declined transactions may result in service suspension

Platform Features and Use

Our platform provides comprehensive e-commerce features:

• Product Management with full control over details, availability, and pricing
• Category Management to organize products for better customer experience
• Variants Management for complex products with multiple options
• Attributes & Custom Sections to create unique product showcases
• Brand Management with hierarchical organization
• Custom Domain support for professional online presence

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Selling prohibited or restricted items
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or other users
• Reselling or transferring your account without permission
• Exceeding reasonable resource usage limits

Your Content and Data

You retain all rights to content and data you upload to the Service, including:

• Product information and images
• Category structures and organization
• Product variants and custom attributes
• Brand information and custom sections
• Store settings and configuration

By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability:

• Target uptime: 99.5% (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Support available via WhatsApp, email, and phone during business hours
• Pro Plan users receive priority support

Intellectual Property

The Etijara.app platform, including its software, features, functionality, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as described in these Terms.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by:

• You: By not renewing your annual subscription at the end of your billing period
• Us: For breach of these Terms with 7 days notice to cure
• Us: Immediately for illegal activity or security threats

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data through our platform tools. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, Etijara.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Professional Services

We offer optional professional services:

• Store Setup Service: $30 for complete store configuration within 24 hours

These services are billed separately and are not included in subscription plans.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
