Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Etijara platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
Etijara provides a multi-channel inventory management SaaS platform that syncs products, stock levels, and orders across connected sales channels (Shopify, WooCommerce, and others). The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share your account or allow multiple businesses to use a single subscription.
Payment and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Etijara. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use
You may not use Etijara to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Etijara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the fees you paid in that month.
